Eligible Returns:

  • Items returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products in original condition with all packaging, accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards.
  • Items that are unused, unassembled, and undamaged.

Ineligible Returns:

  • Products showing signs of misuse or wear, even if under warranty.
  • Items that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed, unless defective.
  • Products already assembled, unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
  • Requests for exchanges based on color or size preferences.

Return Process:

  • For furniture online return requests aren’t accepted. Please contact customer service directly.
  • Refunds for Credit/Debit Card payments are processed back to the card or account within 5–15 days, depending on your bank.
  • For pos card machine payment if you want refund, you have to pay 2.5%.

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any furniture items once a purchase has been made.
  • We strongly encourage customers to review all product details, measurements, materials, and finishes before placing an order.

Note: Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or dissatisfaction with color/finish due to screen variation.

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
  • This applies to both ready-made and custom-made furniture items.
